How To Clear an Old Event from the System

Available in EME Version 2.2.0.239

To clear an old event from the system you will need to log into the admin management system and follow the 4 steps below. Hit OK on the event number entry box when you have entered the event number you want to clear.

NOTE - you have to enter the COMPLETE event number.

NOTE - this will NOT alter any of the other event numbers but will only remove this call's event number from the system and prevent it from being moved into the RMS system.
